That means more blood is flowing to the pores to absorb the nutrients from the mask. When your skin is healthy, mask is your beauty enhancer. When your skin is under problematic condition, mask further interferes the skin balance and results in skin irritation.
As you cannot do mask to supply nutrients to your skin, other skin care procedures become more important at this time. The first thing to do is to have a deep clean. During the day, your skin is damaged by all kinds of pollutants like dust, cosmetics and computer radiation, etc. Your skin can only absorb nutrients properly only if it is thoroughly cleansed. If you need further relaxation for your skin, you can use essential oil to help. Add a few drops of essential oil to hot water and mix well. Then let the hot water steam to steam your face. When the water is cooled down, you can soak your face into the water for 3 to 5 minutes. When you apply your lotion, you may wish to give your face a massage (also 3 to 5 minutes) for easier absorption.
There are many different types of essential oil. They serve many different purposes other than relaxation. For example, a combination of Rose, Sandal and Chamomile can soothe the skin. Finally, many of you like to drink coffee, especially when you are busy. Coffee and tea contain caffeine that can irritate skin. Therefore it is a don’t during your pressure time. Also, you should use a pillow when you sleep. The pillow can facilitate blood circulation and hence alleviates dark circle.
